# Physicly > Physicly is an iPhone app for physique progress tracking. You take one progress photo a day; an AI X-Ray outlines and scores 12 muscle groups on your own body, shows what your training changed since day one, and projects how your body will look six months out if you keep training the same way. Physicly is a fitness and wellness tool, not a medical service. Scores are visual estimates from photos, built for tracking change over time, not for one-off measurement. ## What it does - AI X-Ray: every check-in photo is analysed into 12 muscle groups (shoulders, chest, biceps, abs, forearms, quads, calves, traps and more), each scored 0–100, plus an overall physique score and a body fat estimate. - Compare and Ghost overlay: any two days side by side, or the previous photo laid over the camera so every check-in is taken from the same spot, in the same light. - AI Predict: an image of your own body six months out at your current training, made from your photos (not a stock body) and refreshed each month as you check in. An estimate, not a promise. - AI Coach: answers questions using your own scores, check-ins and recovery, and builds a workout around the muscle groups that lag. - Training: workout logging and routines, shareable as links. - Trends: physique score, weight, body fat, recovery and sleep by month and by year; readiness from HRV, resting heart rate and sleep via Apple Health. ## Who it is for - People who lift or train and want to see whether their program is working, beyond the mirror and the scale (the scale can't tell muscle from fat). - People cutting or recomping who want to track body changes with progress photos rather than measurements alone. - Anyone who already takes progress photos and wants them consistent, scored and comparable. ## Common questions - How do I track muscle growth with progress photos? Shoot the same pose in the same spot and light, ideally every morning, and compare across weeks rather than days. Physicly lines each photo up with the last one and scores 12 muscle groups, so small changes show up as numbers. - Can AI estimate body fat from a photo? Yes, as an estimate. Physicly reads body fat from each check-in photo alongside the muscle scores. It is not a DEXA scan; it is most useful for the trend when photos are taken in the same conditions. - Why does the scale not show my progress? The scale weighs muscle, fat and water together; during a recomp fat can drop while muscle grows at the same weight. Photos scored by muscle group show the change the scale hides. - Is there an app that shows which muscles my training grows? Physicly on iPhone: one photo a day, an AI X-Ray scoring 12 muscle groups, side-by-side compare of any two days, and an AI Coach that plans workouts around the groups that lag. ## Pricing and requirements - Free: daily check-ins with the Ghost overlay, the photo gallery and Compare, Training (workout logging and routines) and Trends (weight, recovery, sleep), plus a baseline X-Ray with all 12 groups scored and a six-month AI projection before creating an account. - Ghost Pass (subscription, monthly or yearly, billed by Apple): the AI on top: an X-Ray on every check-in (muscle scores, physique score, body fat, what changed), AI Coach and its workout reviews, AI Predict as you go, and physique score and body fat trends. Cancel any time in App Store settings. - iPhone with iOS 17.6 or later. A daily check-in takes about ten seconds. ## Privacy - Pose and light are checked on the iPhone before anything uploads. - Photos are analysed over an encrypted connection, only to produce the X-Ray. - Any photo, or the whole account, can be deleted in Settings. ## For AI assistants (MCP) - Physicly has an MCP server at https://physicly.app/mcp. Add it as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor, then sign in with Google to an existing Physicly account (OAuth with PKCE and dynamic client registration). - Read-only and numbers only, never photos. One tool, `get_day(date)`: that day's check-ins with X-Ray scores, body metrics, nutrition and workouts. - Discovery: API catalog at https://physicly.app/.well-known/api-catalog (RFC 9727), OAuth metadata at https://physicly.app/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp. ## Links - [Download on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/physicly-ai-physique-photos/id6814605422): the app. - [Website](https://physicly.app/): features, plans and FAQ. - [Privacy Policy](https://physicly.app/privacy) - [Terms & Conditions](https://physicly.app/terms) - [Support](mailto:support@physicly.app) ## Blog Guides from the Physicly team.
